I know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so leave that up to me! You just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent and patient!
I provide a shopping list, so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket as well as the convenience of having the shopping list on your Mobile device. Your DSFN program is completely custom to YOUR needs, so you will reap the full benefits of your gym sessions!

MEET YOUR TRAINER
I was born in a rural village in Punjab, India, and after finishing school, I migrated to New Zealand in 2011 to pursue further studies and a better future. As an 18-year-old, I balanced full-time studies with part-time work at McDonald's. After completing my Business Diploma, I got caught up in a busy lifestyle and neglected my health. In my early 20s, I decided to become a Police Officer and started training at my local gym, realizing the importance of balancing health and work. However, a knee injury in 2015 postponed my application, but I persevered through recovery and rigorous training, eventually graduating as a Police Officer in 2018.
Over the years, I gained extensive knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition, driven by my passion for helping others. My journey through policing and personal training allowed me to connect with people on a personal level, and I realized I could make a significant impact within my Punjabi community. Through my story, experience, and setbacks, I founded DSFN to help others transform their lives physically and mentally, encouraging them to take action and become the best versions of themselves.

I can adapt the plan so you can do it at home if you wish! All you need are some weights/dumbbells. You simply have to select “just at home” on the registration form.

The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
