Privacy Policy

When you use DSFN, we collect:

• Contact details — name, email, WhatsApp number, country.
• Coaching data — body stats (weight, height, age, goals), photos you upload for check-ins, training and nutrition logs, injuries, food preferences.
• Payment data — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We retain transaction metadata (amount, date, customer ID).
• Usage data — pages visited, click events, IP address, browser, device, approximate location, attribution (UTM/fbclid).

• To deliver the coaching service you signed up for (build your plan, check-ins, replies).
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send service messages (delivery, billing reminders, support replies).
• To send marketing messages with your consent (you can opt out anytime).
• To improve the product and measure how ads perform.

We share your data with the providers we use to run DSFN. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure database hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — WhatsApp messaging.
• Vercel — website + app hosting.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad attribution and conversion tracking. We share hashed events via the Conversions API; we never share names, photos, or coaching data.
• Kajabi — email automation for free resources you opted in to.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside the providers above without your explicit consent or unless legally required.

• Active clients — for as long as you have an account, plus 7 years after closure (Australian tax law requires this for financial records).
• Marketing leads — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete.
• Anonymous analytics — kept indefinitely in aggregated form.

You can ask us, anytime, to:

• Show you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your data (subject to the 7-year financial records rule).
• Stop us using it for marketing.
• Export it in a portable format.

Email fit@dazsidhu.business and we'll action your request within 30 days. Australian residents who are unsatisfied with our response can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. UK/EU residents can complain to their local supervisory authority.

All transmissions to and from dazsidhu.com use TLS encryption. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Coaching data is stored in Supabase (SOC 2 Type 2 certified). Access to client records is limited to Daz and authorised team members on a need-to-know basis.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours as required by law.

We use cookies for two reasons:

• Essential — to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.
• Analytics & advertising — Meta Pixel and related cookies (_fbp, _fbc) so we can measure ad performance and stop showing you ads you've already seen.

You can disable cookies in your browser. Some site features may stop working if you do.

Some of our providers host data in the United States or European Union. By using DSFN you consent to those transfers. Each provider operates under contractual clauses that meet Australian and EU adequacy requirements.

When we change this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Substantial changes (new categories of data, new providers) will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
