Terms of Service

By signing up for DSFN coaching, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly so you don't need a lawyer to read them. If anything's unclear, email fit@dazsidhu.business and we'll explain.

1 · The service

DSFN is one-on-one online fitness coaching delivered by Daz Sidhu through the DSFN app. The coaching includes a personalised training programme, a personalised nutrition plan, monthly check-ins reviewed by Daz, direct messaging access, and monthly plan updates based on your progress.

We're a coaching service, not a medical provider. Nothing we provide is medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or have been recently diagnosed with anything.

2 · Pricing & billing

Two payment options:

  • Monthly — A$147 AUD per month, billed automatically by Stripe on the same day each month. Includes Australian GST. Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again.
  • 6 months one-off — A$441 AUD billed once. Includes Australian GST. Gives you 6 months of coaching access. No auto-renewal.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Failed payments will be retried up to 4 times by Stripe over 7 days. If all retries fail, your access will pause until payment is successful.

3 · 8-week money-back guarantee

If you follow the plan for the first 8 weeks (do your check-ins, log your meals, complete the workouts as prescribed) and don't see real, measurable change, email us at fit@dazsidhu.business within 14 days of week 8 ending and we'll refund every dollar you've paid. No paperwork, no fights.

The guarantee applies to clients who've done the work. If you didn't complete your check-ins or follow the plan, the guarantee doesn't apply. We refund people who do the work and don't get results. We don't refund people who don't show up.

4 · Cancellation

Monthly subscription — cancel any time inside the DSFN app, by emailing us, or via the Stripe customer portal. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again. No cancellation fees.

6-month one-off — non-refundable after the 8-week guarantee window, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5 · What you can't do

You agree not to:

  • Share your DSFN app login or programme content with anyone outside your account.
  • Resell, redistribute, or repurpose our materials commercially.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract structured data from the app.
  • Use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or harassing.
  • Misrepresent your identity or use someone else's payment method without authorisation.

Breaching these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6 · Intellectual property

All training programmes, nutrition plans, video content, written content, app interfaces, and brand materials remain the property of SOBR PTY LTD (trading as Daz Sidhu Fitness · DSFN). You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use them for your own coaching. You don't own them. They're ours.

Anything you create using our service (your check-in photos, your written messages to us) remains yours. We use them only to deliver and improve your coaching, and to produce anonymised before/after content with your separate written permission.

7 · Health disclaimers

Training and nutrition involve physical risk. By using DSFN you confirm that:

  • You're medically cleared to exercise and to follow a structured nutrition plan.
  • You'll stop and consult a doctor if you experience pain, dizziness, or any other concerning symptom.
  • You accept that results vary based on adherence, genetics, sleep, stress, and life circumstances.
  • You'll provide accurate information about your health, injuries, allergies, and medications.

8 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOBR PTY LTD (trading as Daz Sidhu Fitness · DSFN) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DSFN. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection legislation that can't be excluded by contract.

9 · Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll let you know about substantial changes by email or in-app. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll prorate refunds for any prepaid time you can't use.

10 · Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we'll update the “Last updated” date and email you a summary if the change is substantial. Continuing to use the service after the effective date counts as acceptance.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland. We'll always try to sort things out by email first before anyone reaches for a lawyer.
